Delete your account
You can delete your MannaForMe account and everything attached to it, yourself, at any time. It takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and nothing to confirm by email.
Open the Account tab, then Delete my account…, then confirm. The same flow exists on iOS and Android.
Sign in on the account page and use Delete my account… at the bottom.
Write to jan@kvell.net from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. A person will do it and reply to confirm.

If the app ever routed a message to crisis helplines, a safeguarding record of that event outlives the account, with the link to your user id removed so it can no longer be traced back to you. No application role can read those records at all. We keep them because a safeguarding record that disappears when someone tidies their chat history is not a safeguarding record. This is set out in full on the privacy page.
Donation receipts, if you have given, are held by Stripe under their own retention rules and Australian record-keeping requirements. Giving happens only on this website, never in the apps.
